Caring For The Customer
The "caring for the customer" rating is an aggregate score for the five parameters we survey (Service of Staff, Quality of Information, Overall Experience, Safety/Organization and Overall Impression/ Value for money). There must be a minimum of 3 traveller ratings we can average before we display a rating for the tour. We also age traveller ratings and discard any that are over twelve months old.
The meeting place is Tirana Backpackers (Rr Elbasanit 85, Tirana). Participants are requested to make sure they arrive on time at the meeting place. Participants who have booked via one of Outdoor Albania's partner hotels will be picked up at the hotel.
There are departures every weekend during the snow season. Those interested in joining one of the set departures are requested to click ‘customise it', and specify the preferred date and the number of people who wish to join the group.
