They need to make sure the hotels understand how payments for accomodation are to be made when a customer arrives to check in.

paying by debit card should be organized other way, Through the page it was possible to pay just by credit card, other way you needed to log in in PayPal. But for me I don´t like to put my private information online, even though secured.

The service I received was very good overall, particularly when the plane was delayed for 3 hours from Bergamo to Tirana. Teuta kept in touch by text and passed messages to the hotel and taxui driver, then gave us the taxi driver's number so that I could ring when we arrived. Hotel and taxi were ready for us even though it was 3.00am when we arrived in Tirana airport. Only difficulty we had was the wrong voucher sent to begin with showing I had not paid. This was rectified immediately.

As this was my first visit to Tirana and Albania, it was convenient to book the room through travel-tirana.com. Booking process and information about the hotel was good. My only comment is that the location of the hotel could not be found on the map of Tirana. As the location of hotel Stela is one of its big advantages, it is a pity that is not included on the map.
