Policies and Other Information

Cancellation Policy:

In case you cancel your booking within 48h of your arrival date, a fee of 40% of total amount of your booking will be charged. Earlier cancellations are not subject of any fee.

Late check-out policy:

Let the owner of apartment know ASAP and they will be as flexible as possible. In case there is no other booking, the owner of apartment will not charge anything if you leave before 5pm. In case leaving later than you will negotiate together with the owner of apartment a symbolic amount.


Children policy:

A great place for families with children. In the garden they will find a little paradise for the children. They will be able to learn more about Albania (from the private collection we have set on the ground floor) and they will enjoy the company of the little community of turtles with which Ben the dog, shares the garden.
