Celeste is a graduate of a design school in Holland, and her skills and artistic direction were just the final element needed by the dedicated OA team to launch their project of recycled art as a way to built awareness for the protection of the environment. The high level of urban waste shocks any traveller coming to Albania. Tirana Backpacker Hostel 2 team works with the community as well, pushing them towards more responsible behaviour and demanding more reliable waste collection and recycling services.
