We invest our time and expertise into every customized itinerary that we design. For this reason, we require a 75 euro deposit upon trip request.
Once we have received the 75 euro deposit, we will design you a trip, based on your request and feedback. We will respond promptly to your communication and maintain a dialogue until we have designed your prefect trip.
We will draft a final version of the itinerary and, upon receiving your final approval, we will send you an invoice which includes your 75 euro prepayment.
Cancellation policy
Outdoor Albania's policy is as follows :
a) If the reservation is cancelled 30 days or more, prior to the arrival date, then a full refund will be given minus the refund transaction charges and 75 euro deposit fee.
b) If the reservation is cancelled 29 to 14 days, prior to the arrival date, then a 30% administration and banking charge will apply. Plus the refund transaction charges and 75 euro deposit fee.
c) 14 to 7 days, prior to the arrival date, then a 50% charge will apply. Plus the refund transaction charges and 75 euro deposit fee.
d) 7 to 3 days, prior to the arrival date, then a 75% charge will apply. Plus the refund transaction charges and 75 euro deposit fee.
e) If the reservation is cancelled less then 3 days prior to the arrival date no refund will be given.
f) With a no show or early check out no refund will be given.

Participant guidelines
The confirmed itinerary will be the base for the agreament. Outdoor Albania's guides are pretty flexible, however, it might be possible that there will be an extra charge for an extra service.
