Caring For The Customer
The "caring for the customer" rating is an aggregate score for the five parameters we survey (Service of Staff, Quality of Information, Overall Experience, Safety/Organization and Overall Impression/ Value for money). There must be a minimum of 3 traveller ratings we can average before we display a rating for the tour. We also age traveller ratings and discard any that are over twelve months old.
10:30 am: Participants meet at Çorovoda and will be driven to Hamull in OA vehicles on 16 km of village road. Those who drive up to Corovoda in their private vehicles may park them there.
Participants who do not have their own means of transport may inform OA so they can be picked up and brought to Corovoda.
A tour departure requires a minimum of six people. In case the number is inadequate, participants can either choose to pay a small supplement if they want to proceed, or get a full refund.
Participants who wish to form their own group may give Outdoor Albania their preferred dates and group size; with details of the number of adults and children. For every ten participants, one is free.
A booking is made by filling in the booking form, and by making a pre-payment of 30%.
